DOVA is a production tracking and OEE platform built by manufacturing people, for manufacturing people. We are a pre-launch company. This page tells you who we are, what we are trying to do, and where the platform is running today.
Most factories still run on spreadsheets and whiteboards. Operators chase paper work orders. Production supervisors guess at OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness — a score that shows how well machines run compared to how well they could). Managers only learn about downtime after the shift is over.
DOVA replaces that mess with one simple system — live work orders, real-time OEE, downtime reasons captured at the moment they happen, and a TV dashboard for the shop floor. Setup takes one day, not twelve months.
After years of watching manufacturing teams pay six-figure sums for MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software that took a year to implement, failed to match how real factories actually work, and ended up shelved — we decided to build something different.
DOVA is deliberately narrow. It does the handful of things every factory actually needs — work orders, schedule, OEE, downtime, shop-floor display — and does them well. No modules you will never turn on. No consulting contract to deploy it.
DOVA is currently live inside two manufacturing plants in North America — a paint and coatings operation in Toronto, Ontario, and a second site in Indianapolis, Indiana. Both began as pilot programs in 2025 and are now in day-to-day production use.
Named case studies — with the customer, their numbers, and the outcomes they achieved — will be published on this site once we have written permission to share them. We do not put customer logos on our website without that permission.
