Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you can and cannot do with DOVA Manufacturing ("DOVA", "we", "us"). It applies to everyone using the service, regardless of plan.

What you agree not to do

You agree not to use DOVA to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, including export controls, sanctions, or data protection laws.
• Infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contract rights.
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other customers' accounts, data, or systems.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure without prior written permission.
• Circumvent rate limits, API keys, or any security mechanism intended to protect the service.
• Reverse-engineer the service, except to the limited extent permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label DOVA without a written partner agreement with us.
• Send spam, phishing attempts, or any unsolicited messages through DOVA.
• Misrepresent your identity, your company's identity, or the origin of any data you upload.
• Use DOVA to process data about children under 13 without appropriate parental consent.
• Upload content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

What happens if you break these rules

We may suspend or terminate your access to DOVA — temporarily or permanently — if we reasonably believe you are violating this policy. Serious violations can result in immediate suspension without refund. We will make a reasonable effort to warn you before taking action, but we do not always do so when suspension is needed to protect other customers or the integrity of the service.

Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is violating this policy using DOVA, please report it to abuse@dovamfg.com. Include as much detail as possible (accounts involved, timestamps, evidence).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and (for paid customers) notify you by email. Continued use of DOVA after a change means you accept the updated policy.
