Careers

We're not hiring yet — but we'd love to hear from you.

DOVA is pre-launch and founder-led today. We will start hiring as soon as we have paying customers to justify it. If any of the roles below sound like you, drop your details in the talent list — we'll reach out the moment the role opens.

What we care about

Clear beats clever

Plain-English explanations and simple UI wins over jargon and feature density — on the product and in our writing.

Respect for the floor

DOVA is built for operators first. If a design makes their life harder, it does not ship, no matter how nice it looks.

No fake anything

No fake testimonials, no fake stats, no fake customers. When in doubt: missing is better than fake. That applies to hiring, too.

Roles we plan to open

Rough order. Timing depends on revenue and customer demand. Tell us which one fits — or pick “something else” on the form below.

  • Content Writer / Marketer

Own the blog, case studies, role pages, FAQ, and newsletter. You have written for manufacturing, SaaS, or B2B audiences and know that clear beats clever.

    First hire
  • Designer (contractor first)

Visual polish, reusable design system components, and press-kit production. You sweat the details that make a pre-launch product look like a grown-up one.

    Early
  • Salesperson / Customer Success

Own demo calls, pilot-to-paid conversion, and early customer onboarding. You have sold into plant managers or CI leaders before.

    Once we have paying customers
  • Support Lead

Run the Help Center, FAQ, and incoming support. Build the community forum and DOVA Academy.

Once we have more than a handful of customers
  • Second Developer

Ship machine-protocol integrations (MTConnect, OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT), SSO/SAML, and the public API. You enjoy writing code that holds up on a factory floor.

    Once revenue supports it
