Seven stale facts fixed: where your data is hosted (Canada), how pricing works (per location with machines included), the seven user roles, how column mapping works, what happens when the wifi drops, how to get a data export, and the location setup steps.

When you pair a floor display, the TV shows its code as "ABC 123". Typing it with the space, or in lower case, now works. Before, only "ABC123" was accepted.

The database and all uploaded files moved from the United States to a data centre in Montréal, Canada (AWS ca-central-1). Nothing changed for users. Backups now run every six hours, and uploaded files are mirrored to a second store.

The schedule now filters and pages on the server instead of loading every row, and every request checks who you are from your session instead of a database lookup. The Production Floor overdue count, the notification bell and the machine-down status stopped reloading whole tables on every refresh. A 150-operator simulation confirmed the app stays under 130 ms for most requests.

Each department now has three tabs — its part numbers, its machines, and its work-order statuses — with counts on the department cards. You can merge a department into another (master data only, with a change log) and retire a department instead of deleting it, so history stays intact. The OEE filter, the Floor Dashboard and the department summary all read the department stamped on the work order.

The right-hand panel on the Production Floor now lists every department on its own line. The schedule Machine column shows the machine name instead of an internal ID.

Floor Displays now has a Preview button and a Preview menu that open the TV screen for any department right in your browser — no pairing needed to check how it looks. The TV screen also shows jobs that are running now or finished in the selected period, so a finished job no longer disappears mid-shift.

The Conditional Rules feature (departments page, status settings, the schedule CONDITION column) was removed — it was unused and confusing. Deleting a custom work-order status now actually deletes it, and the unused status-history screen is gone.

A new Admin → Schedule Fields page replaces the old Custom Fields and Schedule Columns pages. Every schedule field — built-in and your own — lives on one list, and the manual New Work Order form is built from it. Operator is now a standard schedule field. Tick "On Start screen" or "On Close screen" on any field and the operator sees it there, pre-filled with the planned value. Every value has one home in the work order row.

Date of birth and hire date use a Year / Month / Day picker. The Machine picker on the manual form lists only assets that run production. The New Work Order panel closes when you leave it. Typed rows show a pencil and imported rows a chain, so you can tell them apart. The unused Actions column was removed. A required company field no longer skips schedule rows on import.

Download the workbook from Admin → Data Sources, fill in the tabs — Location, Departments, Areas, Machines, Part Numbers, Operators, Downtime Reasons, Rejection Reasons, Suppliers, Spare Parts, Maintenance Areas, Contractors and Contacts — and upload it. DOVAmfg checks every row first and shows what will be added, updated or skipped before writing anything. Filled cells replace, empty cells never erase, nothing is deleted. A sample workbook with dummy data lets you try the upload safely, and the first-run checklist points new companies to it.

The department, status and period filters you pick on the Production Floor are saved per user and restored the next time you open the page.

Lead Hands can now activate WO Mode (a misspelled role name blocked them). Change Role on the Users page actually changes the role, and users who signed up by email are visible in the list. A manual edit to Qty Completed is no longer overwritten in the same request. Downtime reasons, rejection reasons and suppliers now have a door in the admin menu.

Every "Add new …" panel now uses the same header, fields and buttons, so screens look and behave alike. Every data table shares the same column setup panel: search, drag to reorder, show or hide, narrow / medium / wide, and "Save as company default" for admins.

Schedule, part-number and asset imports now run through one engine and one set of screens. Map each column with a dropdown, then a Check step shows how many rows will import and which will be skipped and why — before anything is written. Bad required values skip the row, bad optional values leave the field blank, ambiguous dates are refused, and dropdown values must be in your list. DOVAmfg remembers the mapping per file. The reader finds the header row on its own (title rows and totals are dropped) and handles real CSV files with quotes, semicolons and tabs. The SQLite sync agent writes through the same engine.

Each process step can carry a setup time target. DOVAmfg divides the target by the actual setup time and shows a Setup Score — 100% means on target, under 100% means the setup ran long. It is kept separate from OEE so a long changeover does not distort your equipment numbers.

Plans are priced per location with a set number of machines included and a small charge per extra machine. Choose monthly or annual at checkout. The admin Billing page shows the same numbers you are charged, and billing emails use the same layout as every other DOVAmfg email.

New /product-tour page with a dashboard preview and a 4-step preview of what the interactive tour will cover. The clickable walkthrough (built in Arcade) will drop in as soon as it is recorded — no site update needed, it hot-swaps via an env var.

Every connector carries a Live / Roadmap / On-request badge. Today: Excel and CSV imports, PostgreSQL, ERPNext, and the public REST API are Live. MTConnect, OPC UA, Modbus, and MQTT are on the roadmap for Q3–Q4 2026. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, and S3 are on-request. Includes a connector-request form.

Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Support Policy, and public Subprocessor list now live. A /legal index links every legal document plus a DPA-on-request line to legal@dovamfg.com. The /privacy and /terms routes were also unblocked for logged-out visitors.

The onboarding section on the landing page now counts up from 0 to 24 as it scrolls into view, and the four steps slide in along a connecting rail. The section also moved to the Inter font so it matches the rest of the page.

Replaced the cartoon hero with a real Production KPI dashboard screenshot. Removed fabricated testimonials and customer statistics, replaced with industry research citing McKinsey, Deloitte, and the TPM/Nakajima standard. Added About, Security, Contact, and Solutions pages. Unified pricing between the landing summary and /pricing.

The Production KPI dashboard now shows a card per location at the top (OEE, downtime, rejections at a glance) and a location filter so you can focus on one or several plants.

Compare plants across Today, This Week, This Month, or a custom range. Multi-select filter lets you focus on just the locations you care about. Cards now default to the last 30 days instead of today-only.

Unified the Production KPI and Locations Overview cards on the same primary blue token so the dashboard reads as one product, not three.

Company admins now see their trial or grace-period countdown in the navbar and on the dashboard. Plans & Billing is accessible from the sidebar. No more surprise cutoffs.

Header back button returns to the dashboard cleanly. Sidebar defaults to company mode on login and clears location context on logout. Location mode persistence across navigation fixed.
