Billing, plans, and the free trial

Every DOVA plan includes a 1-month free trial with no credit card. Here is how upgrades, downgrades, and invoices work.
DOVA has three plans — Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Starter and Professional are a flat monthly price per location that includes a set number of machines (12 on Starter, 24 on Professional); each machine above that is a small per-machine charge. Only production machines count — support equipment such as forklifts and compressors, and general assets such as a photocopier, are free and unlimited. Every feature is included on every plan, and operators and office staff are free and unlimited. Enterprise is priced per company. The free trial
New accounts get 30 days free. No credit card required to start. You will see a countdown in the app as the trial approaches its end.
Upgrading or downgrading
Company Admins can change plans from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Invoices and payment
Billing is monthly by default via Stripe. Annual plans and invoicing for enterprise customers are available on request — contact contact@dovamfg.com.
