Reading the Production KPI dashboard

The Production KPI dashboard is what plant managers and supervisors check first every morning. Here is what each section means.
Location cards (top)
One card per plant. Shows OEE, downtime hours, and rejection count for the selected period. If you run multiple sites, compare them at a glance.
KPI tiles
Quantity Completed, Quantity Rejected, Passing Rate, Performance, Availability, and OEE Score. Each tile shows trend versus the previous comparable period.
Downtime & rejection breakdowns
The Paretos surface your top three causes without you sorting anything. Next kaizen starts here.
Trend charts
Daily, weekly, or monthly views of completed vs. rejected units and running time vs. downtime. Use them to see whether a change actually stuck.
