Pair a TV or dedicated browser tab to show live shift progress to the floor — goal vs actual, downtime minutes, top reasons.
The TV dashboard is DOVA running full-screen on a display in the production area. It shows the team its own shift progress in real time.
What the TV view shows
- Current shift target vs. actual production.
- Live downtime minutes and top reason of the shift.
- Rejection rate trending during the shift.
- Work orders currently running with operator and machine.
How to pair a TV
- Go to the TV section in the admin panel and create a Floor Display for that location or department.
- On the TV's browser, navigate to the pairing URL. A one-time code displays.
- Enter the code in the admin panel to pair — the TV is now locked to that display configuration.
TV displays auto-refresh and do not require a user login, so you can leave a browser open on a locked kiosk machine.
