Importing your first schedule

The schedule import is the bridge out of Excel. You upload once; after that DOVA is where work orders live.
What DOVA needs from your file
- A unique Work Order number per row.
- Part number or description.
- Quantity scheduled.
- Target start date (and optionally end date).
- Department or machine (so DOVA can route the WO to the right station).
How column mapping works
The first time you import, DOVA shows your columns on the left and its fields on the right. Drag to match. DOVA remembers the mapping, so future imports from the same source flow through automatically.
Your original spreadsheet is not your source of truth after import — DOVA is. Edits to WOs happen inside DOVA.
