Getting started with DOVA

The 15-minute setup path: sign up, add your location, import a schedule, and watch live OEE come online.
DOVA is designed to go live in a single day. Here is the shortest path from sign-up to a shop-floor screen showing live production numbers.
Step by step
Sign up and set a password
Go to dovamfg.com and click Start Free Trial. The first user in your company is automatically the Company Admin and can invite everyone else later.
Add your first location
A "location" is one plant. You can run many locations on a single DOVA account. Give it a name and, if you want, an address. Departments, machines and downtime reasons come next — the fastest way to add them all at once is the Company Setup Workbook under Admin → Data Sources.
Import a schedule
Upload an Excel or CSV file with your upcoming work orders. DOVA walks you through column mapping once. After that, your schedule lives in DOVA.
Invite your team
Use the Users page to invite supervisors and operators. Each person gets a role that scopes what they can see and do.
