Getting started with DOVA

DOVA is designed to go live in a single day. Here is the shortest path from sign-up to a shop-floor screen showing live production numbers.

Step 1 — Sign up and set a password

Go to dovamfg.com and click Start Free Trial. The first user in your company is automatically the Company Admin and can invite everyone else later.

Step 2 — Add your first location

A "location" is one plant. You can run many locations on a single DOVA account. Give it a name and pick an industry so the default reason codes fit your world.

Step 3 — Import a schedule

Upload an Excel or CSV file with your upcoming work orders. DOVA walks you through column mapping once. After that, your schedule lives in DOVA.

Step 4 — Invite your team

Use the Users page to invite supervisors and operators. Each person gets a role that scopes what they can see and do.
